OER Harvesting Manually

When harvesting assets manually, by default OER looks for a resource which has already been deployed to the server. For instance look at the below screen shot

 

As you can see in the above, with in the file information section, you get to run only give & testonly deployed resource. If you need to upload a file manually, you need to set its configuration to true. To change the configuration to Admin -> System settings  & search for cmee.submission.file.required.enable & set it to true.

 

Log out & try it again. You should now be able to upload the files too.
